Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!
Shipping Rates & Delivery We offer the following shipping options at checkout:
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days)
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at thesparrowsnestsuffolk@aol.com with photos and we'll do our best to make it right.
Local Pickup Local pickup is available Wednesday - Monday 11-4 pm
